I have worked in the Human Resources industry for close to 30 years. Having recently retired, I am hoping to give back from my years of working in a variety of different industries across all facets of HR.
My competencies lie in the area of supporting strategic business goals while developing & implementing HR programs. I have significant experience in policy design/implementation, change management and M&A due diligence, employee relations & facilitation, compensation/benefits design, training & development, employment/staffing, including the entire hiring process from soup to nuts.
I have worked in various industries including but not limited to life sciences, high technology, outsourced HR solutions, and manufacturing. An area of expertise is management coaching and development particularly where it relates to strong collaboration and communication skills.
Over the course of my career, my focus has always been to understand the business and how HR goals & objectives can better align with the strategic direction of the business. Having managed and overseen the HR department in many organizations, this has provided me well rounded knowledge in all facets of HR. I have also had extensive experience with how to write and deliver performance reviews, how to coach/mentor managers or newly promoted managers, and how to resolve and facilitate conflicts in the work place
